Workshops at Rattray Counselling Services
Workshops
Workshops are educational and skills-based. They offer practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, parenting, relationships, and family life in a guided learning format.
Workshop Overview
A place to learn tools, not a replacement for therapy
Workshops can be helpful when you want structured teaching, guided practice, and ideas you can use outside the session room. They are separate from individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and crisis care.
If you are unsure whether a workshop or therapy appointment is the better fit, you are welcome to contact us before registering.
