This group is for learning and practice. It is not about perfect parenting; it is about understanding what happens in hard moments and building tools you can use at home.

This workshop focuses on practical tools for understanding behaviour, responding with more intention, and repairing after difficult interactions.

Facilitated by Dr. Evelyn Bent-Rattray

Dr. Evelyn Bent-Rattray, DMFT, RMFT, MSW, RSW, brings experience in family systems, relational therapy, emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based approaches. In workshop settings, her focus is practical: helping parents better understand patterns, reduce reactivity, and build more workable responses at home.
